We operate the ROOTS COSMO platform under the ROOTS COSMO PRIVATE LIMITED brand identity. Our job is to give you a safe, simple and transparent way to save in gold — and to keep a clear record of everything you own.
We are a technology and commercial platform. We do not accept deposits, run chit funds or promise returns. Gold prices move with the market, and we say so clearly.

How we stay accountable
PAN and Aadhaar verification under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 before selling, withdrawing or buying above the limit.
Personal data is processed under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and only for running your account.
GST is charged on gold purchases as per law and shown on every receipt.
Every admin and money action is written to a hash-chained log that cannot be silently edited.
Payments, KYC and withdrawals are approved by role-based admin teams, not one person.
